How do I get alerts on my mobile phone?
When you subscribe to ForexSignal.com, you are also able to set up your cell phone to receive alerts. Mobile/cell phone alerts are optional, but recommended to ensure you never miss a trade.

What time does the ForexSignal.com software send signals?
The ForexSignal.com software and trading team monitor the markets 24 hours a day. Signals and alerts are sent only when trading opportunities occur. For this reason the time alerts are sent will vary from day to day.

What happens if I choose not to continue after the 10 day trial?
Toward the end of your ten day trial, we will email you monthly subscription information. If we do not receive a response from you, your trial will automatically expire and you will NOT be charged again.

How do I get discounts or free Forex signals?
It pays to trade with FXCM. When you have a trading account with FXCM, you are eligible for discounts and rebates toward the ForexSignal.com subscription.

What is the trade of the day?
Each day we post our best trade signal for that day's trading on a graph that is easy to view and understand. The ForexSignal.com system evolved from our original trading system called TAPS (Trade Alert Trading System). TAPS began in September 2000. You can view every ForexSignal.com trade of the day, including the very first trade the original TAPS system produced.

Can I use any Forex broker?
Yes, ForexSignal.com works with any trade station or broker, however we recommend using the FXCM trade station. We have personally researched and used FXCM, and have found they are committed to offering their clients fast and efficient deal execution. FXCM also offer traders a high level of professionalism and customer service.

What type of computer or operating system do I need to use ForexSignal.com?
ForexSignal.com Enhanced only requires 3 megabytes of hard drive space and at least 128MB of memory running any version of Windows.

ForexSignal.com Lite can be run on any browser and does not require a software download, which means just about everyone can run ForexSignal.com on their internet-connected computer!
